Join MoveU for She Moves! an International Women's Day event to celebrate women, leadership, and physical activity in an active setting.
Free for women-identifying U of T students!
Along with sessions that give you the opportunity to get moving and connect with peers through a variety of activities, She Moves! features a panel discussion with a diverse group of inspirational women.
All participants will receive an Under Armour t-shirt, swag bag, and water bottle to use at the event. Plus, you’ll have a chance to win amazing prizes from Under Armour, Booster Juice, and more!

How It Works
Sign up for one of nine teams and move through a range of fun, health-focused activities with your peers. Activities include:
Cycle, Row & Go
A mini-triathlon styled activity where you will bike for 5 minutes, row for 5 minutes and run for 5 minutes. Get that heart rate pumping!
Enjoy a 15 min foam roller session with one of our strength & conditioning experts! Foam rolling has become a popular tool in training, recovery, and mobility work. During this session, you will learn tips and strategies to properly use the foam roller and learn how to incorporate this tool into your workouts.
During this functional training session, you’ll get an opportunity to do a full body workout, where you will be introduced to various training methodologies of strength training, focusing on core and back control, upper and lower body strength, and high intensity training.
Fad diet or functional food: what works and why?
During this interactive nutrition session, you will get a chance to understand more nutrition fundamentals and nutrition trends such as keto, paleo, FODMAP diets, do they work, who are they most likely to work for and why?
This extremely popular Latin dance-inspired class fuses cardio with choreography, for a total-body workout that feels like a fitness party!
This class supports core strength, flexibility and mind-body connection. Emphasis on safety and alignment.
