MoveU is committed to providing the guidance and resources necessary to help improve the mental health of UofT students. We have listed some available online resources below and encourage students to seek help when they need it!


Navi.

Navi (short for navigator) is an online chat portal where UofT students can connect with a virtual assistant. This program will help point students in the direction of the supports and services they need. Access Navi here
